This page explains how personal data submitted through the website contact form is collected, processed, and used, together with the handling of product screenshots, partner materials, and anonymized case-study content.
Contact Form and Data Controller
The contact form on this website is provided by Bitsware Ltd. When a user submits the form, the information is sent through the same-origin API on www.bitsware.com.tw to Bitsware's managed form service at form.bitsware.com.tw. A reference number is created so the inquiry can be managed and followed up.
Purposes of Collection
Information is collected only for product demonstration requests, project requirement assessment, solution planning, quotations, technical communication, customer service, and follow-up directly related to the inquiry. It will not be used for unrelated purposes without additional consent where required.
Categories of Data Collected
Data may include organization or company name, contact name, email address, telephone number, site type, estimated device count, project requirements, inquiry reference number, source page, website language, browser information, hashed IP address, and other system records necessary to operate and protect the service.
Retention, Location, Recipients, and Methods of Use
Information is retained and used for the period reasonably necessary to provide product demonstrations, assess requirements, prepare solutions and quotations, conduct technical communication, provide customer service, and support related business operations. When the purpose of collection no longer applies and there is no legal or operational need to retain the information, it will be deleted or its use will be discontinued in accordance with applicable requirements.
Information is primarily handled by authorized Bitsware personnel in locations required for business operations through the management console, email, and other necessary business tools. Email notifications may be processed by service providers engaged by Bitsware. The current system can use SMTP or Resend to deliver sales notifications and customer confirmation messages.
Security and Spam Prevention
The service uses a honeypot field, minimum submission time, hashed IP addresses, submission rate limits, and other appropriate technical measures to reduce automated spam and abuse. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry record; a hashed value is used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled in the future, verification data will be processed by Cloudflare in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Third-Party Service Providers
Inquiry records are stored in a database managed by Bitsware. Some data may be processed by service providers engaged by Bitsware where necessary to provide email delivery, anti-abuse verification, or website operations, such as an email delivery provider or Cloudflare Turnstile if enabled. Inquiry data is not submitted to a third-party form platform.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal data, request correction or supplementation, request that collection, processing, or use be stopped, or request deletion. To submit a request, contact sales@bitsware.com.tw and provide information reasonably necessary to identify the inquiry and verify your identity.
Effect of Not Providing Information
You may choose whether to provide personal data. However, if required contact details or project information are not provided, Bitsware may be unable to create an inquiry record, arrange a product demonstration, assess your requirements, or provide a follow-up response.
Product Screenshots and Case Studies
AudioCast and AudioCast HQ Version 4 screenshots used on this website are display materials that have been confirmed for public use. Customer names and logos in case studies are anonymized, while device counts, audio zones, and locations are presented as ranges or generalized descriptions.
AXIS Partnership and Trademarks
Bitsware is an AXIS Technology Integration Partner. AXIS names, the partner badge, and related product names are trademarks of Axis Communications AB or its affiliates. AudioCast HQ functions and integration capabilities are subject to the actual project scope, licensing, and compatibility assessment.
Cookies and Analytics
The website currently does not include advertising trackers or cross-site analytics cookies. If analytics, advertising technologies, or other services that process user data are added in the future, this notice will be updated to reflect the services actually in use.
